We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services and ensure the security of our infrastructure. This includes:

Anti-Abuse Mechanisms

Manga Slayer employs advanced canvas fingerprinting and WebGL analysis technologies. This allows us to generate a unique identifier for your device without using cookies. This data is hashed (anonymized) and used strictly to prevent:

  • Multiple account abuse (farming free tier credits).
  • Automated bot attacks and scrapers.
  • Credential stuffing attacks.

We do not use this fingerprinting data for advertising, marketing, or tracking users across the web. It is a security measure internal to our application logic.

4. Data Storage & Encryption

Your data is stored in secure data centers . We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols:

  • Data in Transit: All data transmitted between your client and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.3 (SSL).
  • Data at Rest: Passwords are hashed using Argon2id, a memory-hard password hashing algorithm designed to resist GPU-based brute-force attacks.
  • Temporary Files: Images processed by our AI models (Unwatermark, OCR, Upscaler) are stored in temporary RAM disks or ephemeral storage and are purged automatically every 60 minutes. We do not retain user-uploaded content.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share strictly necessary data with the following third-party infrastructure providers to maintain service uptime:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): For authentication (OAuth 2.0) and hosting services.
  • Cloudflare: For DDoS protection and Content Delivery Network (CDN) services. Cloudflare may log your IP address at the edge network layer.
  • Transactional Email Services: For sending password reset codes and system alerts.

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to marketers or advertisers.
